Shipping Policy — The Hollyxmas

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there will be any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and are added to your total at the time of purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the order ships.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. The Hollyxmas is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Delays

The Hollyxmas is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office/courier first, then contact us at altavorgroup@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.
