5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you, though we're happy to help investigate any delivery issues.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging, for a full refund to your original payment method.
